I agree, but for an organization that is supposed to be devoted to animals, they do a really bad job. they would rather just kill them than actually try and find them a home. as an ASPCA guardian, I despise organizations like peta.

I remember seeing an episode on Penn & Teller: Bullshit! that covers PETA. I think most of them are well intentioned but unfortunately the most vocal and prolific members are the unreasonable extremists.
no, the number of animals put to death compared to that of animals who they found homes, transferred to other shelters, etc. is disturbing especially when compared to that of other shelters operating near peta particularly the Norfolk SPCA. there are court documented numbers proving this, its disgusting, peta is disgusting and anyone who truly cares about animals should be working for the ASPCA or local SPCA's or other shelters not an organization such as this. thus my anti-peta feelings are just. Im not going to assume that everyone who is affiliated with or works for peta is a horrible person but I will still campaign against them.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
